Yes. Every order ships from an anonymous PO Box. There is no return address, no sender name, and no receipt included in the package. We will never share your information with the recipient under any circumstances.

Will they know who sent it?

Not unless you tell them. There is nothing in or on the package that identifies the sender. If you add a personal message at checkout, that message will be the only clue — so write accordingly.

Can I send this to anyone?

You can send to any valid US mailing address. We recommend sending to friends, family, coworkers, and acquaintances with a sense of humor. Please don't use our products to harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.

What's in the glitter card?

Approximately one tablespoon of loose craft glitter inside the fold of the card. When the recipient opens it, the glitter falls out everywhere. It is non-toxic, non-staining, but extremely persistent. We are not responsible for damage to carpets, clothing, furniture, or relationships.

Is the donation letter real?

No. The American Patriot Freedom Foundation is a completely fictional organization. No money has been charged, no wire transfer has occurred, and the EIN on the receipt is fake. A reveal card at the bottom of the envelope makes this clear. Eventually.

Is this legal?

Yes. All products are clearly marked as parody and satire. We do not impersonate real organizations, real government entities, or real people. Sending novelty mail through USPS is legal. Our products are intended for entertainment purposes only.

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship within 24 hours via USPS First Class Mail. Typical delivery is 3-5 business days depending on destination. The Full Send Combo may ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) due to package weight.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on all orders over $20. Orders under $20 ship for a flat rate of $3.99.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. The tracking information is sent to your email only — not to the recipient.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship to all 50 US states and territories via USPS.

Can I return a prank?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (sealed cards with glitter, printed materials), we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.

I received one of your products. Who sent it?

We understand the curiosity, but we take sender anonymity seriously. We will never reveal who placed an order, and we are not legally required to do so. Consider it a compliment — someone spent money to think of you.

Can I buy these for myself?

Of course. Enter your own address at checkout. We won't judge. The sticker pack especially makes a great gift to yourself.

What is "Send to a Random Lib"?

We maintain a list of registered Democrats sourced from publicly available state voter registration records — the same public data used by political campaigns, PACs, and pollsters. When you purchase a Random Lib product, we randomly select a recipient and mail your chosen prank to them. You never see their name or address — we just tell you what state they're in.

Will the random recipient know who sent it?

No. Same anonymous shipping as all our products — no return name, no sender info, shipped from our PO Box.

Can the same person get multiple mailings?

No. Each address on our list receives a maximum of one piece of mail, ever. We enforce this strictly.

Where does the address list come from?

Public voter registration records, available from state Secretaries of State. This is the same data lawfully used by campaigns, PACs, pollsters, and political advocacy organizations every election cycle. We do not purchase or use private data. All mailings are political speech sent for political purposes.

Can I pick which state?

Yes. You can select from any of our available states at checkout, or leave it on "Any State" and we'll pick randomly. We currently serve 17 states and D.C.

I received one of your Random Lib mailings. How do I opt out?

Contact us at support@difficulttruths.co and we'll remove your address from our list within 30 days. Each address only receives one mailing, so you won't hear from us again regardless.
